All catering inquiries, quotations, menus, pricing, and availability are subject to confirmation by our team. A booking is confirmed only after the required details are shared and the agreed advance payment or deposit is received.
Our catering services are prepared based on your selected menu, event date, location, guest count, and service requirements. Any changes to the menu, guest count, timing, or event details should be communicated as early as possible. Changes may affect pricing and availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including date, time, venue address, guest count, contact details, and any special instructions. Masood Ali’s Premium Catering is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Food is prepared fresh with proper hygiene and care. Once food is delivered, picked up, or served at the event, it should be handled, stored, and consumed responsibly. We are not responsible for food quality issues caused by improper storage, reheating, or handling after delivery or service.
All payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy and the agreed booking terms.
