At Masood Ali’s Premium Catering, we work hard to provide fresh food, hygienic preparation, and professional catering service for every event.
Because our catering orders are prepared fresh and customized according to your event date, guest count, menu selection, and service requirements, refunds may depend on the order status and cancellation timing
Any advance payment or deposit made to confirm a catering booking may be non-refundable once the order is confirmed, ingredients are arranged, or food preparation has started.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to adjust your booking based on availability, preparation status, and the agreed catering terms.
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, prepared food items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered, picked up, or served at the event
If there is any issue with your order or catering service, please contact us on the same day of delivery or event service so we can review the concern and provide the best possible support
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or as mutually agreed with the customer.
